Whoa, cam serious je title post ni heheh, but as promised saya nak share few tips n guide buat mereka yg planning nk ke USS.
Bila kami plan secara tetiba one day nak ke johor antar adik yg studi di segamat maka tetiba hoc juga kami nak enter Singapore n trus ke USS. Tapi sebab kes main redah, bila kami tiba di JB around friday noon, for sure all buses ke USS dh habis tiket smpai sunday.
Tempat kami check tiket bus ni di Tunehotel JB yg mmg ada direct bus ke USS. Mereka bagtahu for alternative choice ada bus loncat ke USS boleh check di larkin bus station. But bila kami kesana, tiket juga habis (dah agk dah duh!) Then, ada mamat yg offer cab for charge 160 dollar Singapore (currency alert!) pergi balik. Itu belum masuk tiket USS. Gila apa mencekik, trus kami plan enter Singapore by car je lagi jimat byk beb!
For info direct bus ke USS ialah RM25 sekepala (adult) if di tunehotel, meanwhile di larkin bus station RM198 termasuk tiket entry USS pada ketika ini. If nk murah sikit RM23 sekepala buy ticket online tp utk shuttle bus yg dari tune hotel ok. Ada info that says ada free shuttle dari vivo city ke USS, which means itulah the most saving way to get there. But check first time n schedule ok so that u dont miss the bus like us.
For budget traveller i suggest stay at tunehotel cos it is a whole lot cheaper than staying at sentosa .At sentosa island, most inn cost around $350 per night (currency alert!!) whatt?
We stayed at Amara Resort at sentosa island, tropical style resort, very cosy and good choice for those prefer privacy. We get to park our car there for free as a resort guest of course.
To get to USS on Sentosa island
Dari our hotel, we took free shuttle bus to the monorel station, and took monorel from imbiah station
to waterfront station which is the location of USS. Kalau anda prefer nk duduk hotel yg kena jalan sekangkang kera jer ke USS, gilah stay kat hotel First World ok, ada 3 choices of hotel dia, Hard Rock Hotel, Michael hotel. & Equarius Hotel. But make sure u book online first. Cos more

Ticket entry to USS adalah sing dollar $74 iaitu RM185 bagi dewasa, kanak2 $54 iaitu RM135
Jika anda adalah pemegang mastercard, u r lucky, u can get 20% discount on tickets. Sy tak tahu smpai bila promotion ni, but tak rugi if u check first for promotion & discounts sebelum anda purchase ticket.
* recently pegi second trip to USS, book our ticket online, at that time ada promo buy three ticket free one. We bought 2 sets, means ada 8 entrance ticket, meanwhile kami cuma 7 org, extra ticket we sold at 50 dollars to one indonesian gal n she was very happy, sebab normal price at $74. So try check online ticket for best offer ya!
Makan!
Awal pagi kami dah terpacak depan globe USS yg berputar tuh, cos gate USS buka tepat jam 10 pagi, n kitaorg kununnya nak be among the first, so bila dorang open gate, we think that we can be the first yg masuk. Tp sampai situ, dah berduyun orang berkumpul macam rombongan cik kiah satu kampung campur cucu cicit dia. So we all pun pegilah isi perut kat Foodcourt Malaysian Food yang very nice interior design dia cam kat Penang street facade. memang mata tak boleh miss betul2 kat sebelah USS. Kalau nk jimat nasi lemak dia $4 satu dgn ayam or daging skalilh, not bad sedap jg. Kitaorg share 1 nasi mkn dua org. For muslim, jangan lupa check the halal sign okeh ;)
Dun wori pasal halal food inside USS. Ada few restaurant yg ada halal sign, dan kita still boleh makan meat cam our lunch di restoran Goldilock yg jual ayam fried dan kentang putar yg sedappp (betul, tak tipu) , lokasinya di sebelah Far Far Away kingdom punya bangunan. (tempat shrek dan kuncu2nya)
Time is preciousss!
Yes, precious macam cincin the one yang gollum taksub tuh. Time adalah sangat penting once korg masuk USS, sebabnya ada banyak ride n show yang korg kena ride n watch, dan kalau miss, rugilah tau! Transformer ride is the best for me, so kalau nk naik dua kali dan tk nk miss ride lain, tak perlulah tgk street show cam street dance etc, cos bg sy kat tv pun bole tgk. Tp street dance tuh sy dh terlayan jg sbb mamat2 perkasa nan tampan ;P yg buat show so...dh terbuang ms disitu
Transformer kami kena beratur hampir 25 min, dan ada 3 kali kot asyik technical prob, bila jadi cmni, usually dorg halau kita suruh naik rides lain, dan bagi pass universal ( pass yg boleh gi direct ke ride tanpa beratur, wow!) or boleh tunggu sampai they solve prob tuh.
If hari dijangka hujan, my suggestion pegi naik all rides yang kat luar dulu, macam roller coaster, jurassic park rides, etc sebab sesetengah ride ditutup jika hujan lebat! sekurang-kurangnya bila hari hujan, all rides yg outdoor kita dah naik, so boleh habiskan rides dan show yg indoors!
Jangan bawak barang macam nk balik kampung
Kalau korg ada makcik or mak ( mcm mak gue, tq mommy take care of my anna) yg lebih prefer duduk kat tepi tengok pemandangan jer, I suggest tinggal all loose item including phones, purse, beg kecil etc, sebab benda2 tuh cuma akan menyusahkan korg dan orang yang jaga ride tuh sebab they will not let you ride, with those thing on u. Tapi tak semua ride required to do so, but just to warn u ok. If u travel with frens, ada locker disediakan, u can still use that. Dan please pakai kasut. Senang sikit kalau nak naik roller coaster yang tertonggeng2 tu ye.
Surau - jangan lupa solat ok
Surau ada disediakan di sebelah belakang roller coaster ride. Size dia just ok, dan masih selesa.
Toilet & Baby station
usually di singapore most toilet tak sediakan paip air, tapi di USS ada satu toilet yang disediakan dengan paip di hujung sekali ye. Ha, pasal toilet pun aku bagi info tau
For diaper changing pun ada disediakan bagi setiap toilet. Tapi satu yg kurang sikit for me, for breastfeeding mom cuma satu tempat disediakan iaitu di lobby near entrance USS. I hope later on they will provide more space for BF mommas ok!
Carnival & fireworks
Jika hari hujan, tidak ada perarakan penutup, which is unlucky for us, hari hujan menjelang maghrib. tapi firework masih ada. For info, firework ada during weekend saja.
Enjoy some amateur pic. U dont have time to carry heavy dslr at universal studio. trust me.
